About

A software company that grew out of a contractor.

Ironcore Technologies builds software for the trades. Our first customer is the contracting business we run ourselves, so every app is used, tested and argued over by the people who depend on it.

Two companies

One builds the software. One runs on it.

Software

Ironcore Technologies LLC

Designs, builds and runs the platform: the apps, the mobile apps and the public websites.

Operations

Ironcore Infrastructure LLC

An electrical contractor in New Jersey and New York, and the platform’s first customer. It trades under two names:

Founders

Two leaders who’ve built and run companies.

Andrew Koumi

Andrew Koumi

Founder

Operations and technology leader

A serial SaaS founder who has built and led multiple software companies, with a career architecting enterprise infrastructure. Andrew runs operations across the business and sets the direction for the platform: what gets built, how it runs, and how it scales to the next company.

Jean Paul Biville

Jean Paul Biville

Founder

Business leader with the trade in his bones

Jean Paul came up through the NYC electrical union and the MTA subway system to senior project management on VA hospitals and complex infrastructure across the Northeast, then into executive leadership building and scaling commercial construction operations. He runs the business, and knows from the inside what a contractor needs its software to do.

How we work

The rules we build by.

Built where it’s used

Features come from job sites, the office and service calls. If it doesn’t help the person doing the work, it doesn’t ship.

Plain language

Screens say what they mean, in the words the crew and the office actually use.

Honest numbers

Every number on a screen traces back to its source: a punch, an invoice, a bank line.

Keep it simple to run

Managed services and small, focused apps, so a small team can run the whole platform.

Want to see it running?

We’re glad to walk through the apps, how they’re built and what comes next.
