Job Costing
The system of record for every job, and the cash to run them.
Job Costing owns the list of jobs that every other app reads. It forecasts cash against delayed requisition payments and tracks each job’s profit against the bid.

Next 13 weeks
Lowest point: week 7
The problem
A contractor gets paid on requisitions that can take months to clear, while payroll and suppliers are due every week. The real question every Friday is whether the cash covers payroll until the next check, and whether each job is still making what it was bid at.
What it does
Cash runway
A rolling 13-week forecast that layers supplier due dates, payroll, card settlements and expected requisition receipts, and shows the lowest balance ahead and the day it hits.
Profit against the bid
Per-job work-in-progress: loaded labor cost against the estimate, hours against estimated hours, material against budget, earned against billed, and projected margin.
Rate or hours?
Labor overruns are split into hours and rates, so an owner can see which one is actually eating the margin.
Invoices that file themselves
Supplier invoices sent to an inbox are read, posted and assigned to the right job by PO, job number or ship-to address. It learns from every correction.
Project folders, sorted
Watches the shared project folders and sorts contracts, estimates, requisitions and invoices. A signed contract creates the job.
One new job, set up everywhere
A new job gets its number, its ordering list in Supply Line, its folder and its geofenced time-clock site in one step.
