Supply Line
Material requests from the field, priced from what we actually paid.
Foremen request material from their phone. The PM orders it from suppliers with the last price paid at each one in front of him, and the order goes out with the job number on it.

Order for Thursday delivery
Last price paid at each supplier. Cheapest highlighted. PO = job number.
The problem
Foremen need material on site; PMs need to order it at the right price from the right supplier without retyping a text message into an email.
What it does
A catalog built from real purchases
Built from supplier invoice lines, not a generic price list, with the same part merged across suppliers.
Last price paid, everywhere
The PM’s queue shows the last price at each supplier, with the cheapest highlighted.
Orders from the PM’s own email
The order is emailed to the supplier rep from the PM’s mailbox, with the job number as the PO, so the invoice matches back to the job.
Made for the field
Offline search, requests that send when signal returns, photos for unlisted items and a list of each crew’s usuals.
Tracking foremen can see
Every request moves from draft to ordered to delivered, visible to the person who asked.
Price insight
Spend by job and supplier, price creep over time and price gaps between suppliers.
