Service
A complete field-service platform for residential electrical work.
Service runs the residential side from first call to paid invoice: intake, scheduling and dispatch, the technician’s day, quotes that are signed contracts, invoices, payments, texting and reporting. It is the platform behind A.E.E. Services.

The problem
A residential service business lives on the phone: a call comes in, someone has to be sent, the work has to be signed for, and the invoice has to be paid before the tech leaves.
What it does
Take a call
An intake script that runs top to bottom: who’s calling, what’s wrong, safety questions for emergencies, the service fee read out, and open slots ranked by how well they fit each tech’s route.
Dispatch and live map
A schedule board and a live map of technicians while they’re on the clock.
The tech’s day, step by step
On my way, arrived, the customer’s signed OK, required checklists and photos, sign-off. The server enforces the order.
Quotes that are contracts
Good, better, best options the homeowner signs online, with follow-ups based on whether the quote was opened.
Get paid on site
Invoices, card and bank payments, a card reader or tap-to-pay on the tech’s phone, and cards on file with a signed authorization.
Texting and calling on the business number
Two-way texts and calls from the business line, with opt-in respected and signed copies sent automatically.
Leads and sales tax
Angi leads land in the app. Sales tax is applied by type of work, including New Jersey capital-improvement exemptions, with reports.
Business insights
Seasonality, win rate, callbacks and on-time arrival for the owner.
